Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 439, s. of 2003 declaring May as the National Heritage Month, the celebration aims to honor the labors of our country’s tireless cultural workers and devoted advocates who continuously strive to connect with various indigenous people (IP) and help them boost the integrity and creativity before finally showing these traits off to the world with this year’s theme “Championing Heritage: Capacity Building to Transform Communities”.
