Experience the “Kadja’an” Bangsamoro Cultural Heritage Festival by visiting the Cultural Booths of the Bangsamoro Provinces (Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Basilan) and learn more about our cultural roots and heritage.
Join us in celebrating this cultural festival as we serve you Native Delicacies prepared by Cultural Masters from each province who have been preparing these delicacies for over two decades using recipes passed down from their forefathers:
• Province of Maguindanao – Kumukunsi, Tipas and Dudol
• Province of Lanao del Sur – Lukatis
• Province of Sulu – Panyam and Jaa
• Province of Tawi-Tawi – Panyam, Putli Mandi, Pitis, and Daral
• Province of Basilan – Yakan Panyam
These delicacies are usually served during important celebrations like engagements, weddings, Qur’an Readings and Recitations, festivities and spiritual activities.
Let us celebrate and enjoy the “Kadja’an” Grand Cultural Festival in celebration of the 2023 National Heritage Month from May 30, 2023 to June 1, 2023. Cultural Booths are located beside the Moro Café’, Bangsamoro Government Center (BGC), Cotabato City.
