TikTok Video Contest: Calling for Participation Ka Bangsamoro!
The Bangsamoro History Month is celebrated every year in the month of March. This year is celebrated with the theme “Commemorating the History for a Stronger, Enduring, and Resilient Bangsamoro.” In line with this, the Bangsamoro Commission for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage (BCPCH-BARMM) will hold a TikTok Video Contest highlighting a Tribute to the Bangsamoro Women in History.
This is open to all High School and Senior High School students in the BARMM who wish to pay tribute to the Bangsamoro Women of historical significance.
The contest runs from February 25 to March 4, 2024, allowing participants sufficient time to create and submit their TikTok entries. Closing of submission is strictly on March 4, 2024.
Make a 1 to 3-minute TikTok video honoring a specific Bangsamoro Woman in History. Entries must be submitted by completing the Google Entry Form provided. Please click the links below for more information on the mechanics and guidelines.
Also, stay tuned for the launching of the BCPCH Research Area and Mini Historical Library corner as well as the Photo Exhibit featuring rare copies of old Mindanao photos. at the Bangsamoro Museum.

The Chief Minister’s Proclamation No. 0001, series of 2021, declares the month of March every year as “Bangsamoro History Month,” recognizing the many remarkable occasions in the history of the Bangsamoro in pursuit of peace and the right to self-determination. Further, the month of March holds several significant events in the history of Bangsamoro that warrant proper recognition, commemoration or celebration.
